Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free return experience — because you've got enough to deal with already.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return must be postmarked within that 14-day window. Returns initiated after 14 days may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, and damage
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at ififwasa5ith@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll review your request and send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags.
  4. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead. Follow the same return process above and note your exchange preference in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ififwasa5ith@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. We provide a prepaid return label for domestic returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we are not responsible for lost packages and recommend using a trackable service.

Free return shipping applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International orders are not accepted, so this policy applies to domestic orders only.
